SIGNTIME - New addition to our Children's Centre...

Classes encouraging communication skills, confidence and speech development are running at Saxon Hill’s Children’s Centre. Signtime is offering parents and children the chance to learn British Sign Language through fun and exciting classes using songs, rhymes, puppets and stories. Sign language can be an invaluable tool in breaking down language barriers and many parents have testified to this coming back to Signtime classes for many years bringing second and even third siblings along to learn.

The sessions are held in a happy, fun and sociable environment, and include topics such as food, weather, colours and emotions. Classes are suitable from small babies  up to school age children.

  • Sessions are held every Friday during term time between 1.30pm – 2.30pm.
  • Refreshment and chat time is included.
  • Fees -  £3 for first child and £1 each for extra siblings, payable every half term.
  • You can join at any point and simply pay for the remaining weeks, and you can join up as many times as you like.
