Physical Disability Support Service (PDSS)

As a Key Learning Centre our Physical Disability Support Service offers a range of support for Early Years, Primary and Secondary School Children and Young People in settings across Lichfield, Tamworth, Cannock and Burton.  Our aim is to facilitate inclusion and access to the curriculum.  Our service includes assessment on:   Physical needs, including fine/gross motor, ICT, personal care, moving & handling, transition and physical access.  More details can be found on the attached documents, below, including the referral form.
